I am a junior of our University. Now, I would like to express my opinions about the library in our university. With the increasing of the number of our students, the bad service of our library has become a big problem to draw our attention.
Firstly, the services of librarians are too bad. We cannot see the smiles on librarians’ face but coldness. When we need a book, they often ask me to find it on my own, not helping. Whenever we are borrowing or lending, they are often not at their position. It will waste our too much time. Secondly, the books are not arranged in serial orders. We often cannot find the right place of our needed book. It is too inconvenient for us to find them in short time. Thirdly, there are too many noises in the reading-room. Some students listen to the music, some call the telephone, and some have a talk with classmates. In that case, we couldn’t concentrate on our study actually.
As far as I am concerned, there are some suggestions as follow. For instance, we should improve our library's regulation about both the librarians and the students. Meanwhile, in order to find them easily, we ask the librarians to write the order number on all the books, and record the books’ summary in the computer. With these improvements, I am sure we will have happier time during our university life.
